Our registration forms will be read and signed by both parents and players in the appropraite areas on the contract download the following and make a duplicate copy of the areas signed for your records.  Contract will be kept on file by the Parents .  Players Contract 2014-2015 Season

 

We are starting our new season August 1, 2015.  The players contract must be read, signed, and returned within 7 days of being accepted on the team, as well as first payment must be paid. We will also need a copy of players birth certificate to remain on file throughout their time as a member of the team. The available payment schedule is avaiable upon request. There is a reconsideration with our relationship with Arlington Little League.  After roster is finalized there will be a parents meeting in which all parents will be required to attend.  

 

We will be moving to our new home and will practice on these fields waiting for the city to prepare them.

 

Article of Incorperation and By laws are available t5o download now. (make sure you edit name of download as it shows as a series of numbers and letters so that you can easily find them)

 

We will also be discussing as a team as to registar as a Babe Ruth Extreme softball team to create more opportunity to play in the spring, this decission will be made by all parents currently involved in the program as this will create a new cost to the spring season.

 

All team members and parents must submit all available contact information, e.g. Players email, cell number, Parents email, cell number and home number (if applicable). 

 

We are a team and parents must be active in all aspects of NCSA, with out the parents involvement the program does not function.
